Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you are not one hundred percent satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can revoke this contract. You must then return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract and you will be refunded the purchase amount. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please note that the returned goods must be unused and in the condition in which you received them (no damage, no scratches or scuffs, with all original tags, etc.). If possible, send the product back in the original packaging to avoid damage during the return. Of course, the product can be removed from the packaging so that you can check whether it meets your expectations. However, you may not receive a full refund if the goods are damaged in the process. We bear the costs of returning the goods. So if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or parts of your purchase, you can return the item by following these instructions: Please enter your data in our cancellation form. Enter your order number and the item code of the product you want to return. We will create a prepaid return ticket for you that you can add to the package. Hand in the package at your local post office if nothing else has been agreed with us. The purchase amount will usually be refunded to you within 14 days after your goods have been returned. Please note that it can take up to nine working days after the refund has been initiated for the corresponding amount to reach your bank account. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
